A Culture of Caring

2005 & 2006

Named by the North Bay Business Journal as one of the best places to work in the Bay Area.

At Andersen & Company, our mission statement is our credo, which inspires everything we do, every day.

The physical and emotional health of the people who work here is a primary concern, as is client satisfaction and retention.

This concern is reflected in the average seven-year longevity rate of our employees. When hiring, we look for motivated individuals who seek an environment that is professional, supportive and committed to standards of excellence. At the same time, Andersen employees must be able to share a belly laugh during the heat of tax season.

The importance of a work-life balance both inside and outside the office is key to our success. We take the time to celebrate birthdays, attend a San Francisco Giants baseball game or meet on a Saturday morning to bottle wine. We also are personally involved in our community through support of such organizations as the Redwood Empire Food Bank, Sonoma County Legal Aid, Special Olympics and Sonoma County Volunteer Center.

Out of these activities comes a sense of camaraderie that is invaluable, as we spend our days working hard to provide clients with the superior service they expect and deserve.
