Auditing & Accounting Manager (Santa Rosa Office)

As a Manager within our Auditing & Accounting Practice you take a supervisory and proactive approach to managing audits that are efficient, cost-effective and right on schedule.
You will take responsibility for overall engagement planning, job administration, coordinating client assistance, and scheduling/staff for the engagement. While serving as a positive mentor for department personnel, you will delegate and monitor the work of senior staff explaining objectives, expectations, and procedures to be performed. You will take an informed approach with clients keeping them abreast of engagement status or relevant issues on a timely basis.
Requirements
- 5 + years of post qualification experience including management of audit engagements
- Bachelor’s degree and CPA license
- Considers the development and motivation of staff a priority, and provides appropriate mentoring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
