Business Valuation
Andersen’s valuation experts possess the technical and analytical skills necessary to conduct a thorough, insightful assessment of a business, arrive at a defensible valuation and communicate those results in a clear, concise report. We work closely with our tax department to consider tax implications and strategies associated with business transactions. Our valuation specialists have key credentials, expertise and experience, whether a valuation is needed in response to an adversarial situation or for other reasons.

Civil Litigation

Family Law
Andersen’s family law experts work closely with clients and their attorneys to analyze the complex financial issues frequently associated with divorce. We participate with legal counsel in the formation of engagement planning and strategy and assist with discovery and trial preparation. Our work involves discovering facts and analyzing business records, and results in clear, comprehensive findings as evidenced in our reports, exhibits and expert witness testimony. In addition to expert testimony, we also act as joint experts, §730 experts and mediators, helping to facilitate settlements.
