Andersen & Company LLP Names Two New Partners
SANTA ROSA, Calif., December 21, 2006 – Andersen & Company LLP, a leading provider of accounting and business consulting services for more than 25 years in the North Bay, is pleased to announce that Cindy Craig and Chris Paris have been named partners. The firm has 24 professionals and 9 administrative staffers in three strategic locations including San Francisco's One Maritime Plaza and historic downtown Petaluma.

Craig's practice focuses on providing business valuation, merger and acquisition and litigation support to individuals, businesses and legal professionals. Craig's business valuation experience has included assignments for divorce, buy/sell agreements, Corporations Code 2000, merger and acquisition transactions, and estate and gift tax. Craig was recently appointed by the California Society of Certified Public Accountants to Chair the Business Valuation Litigation Section for a two-year term (2006-2008). Craig is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Society of Appraisers and the San Francisco Valuation Roundtable.
Paris provides strategic tax planning and compliance services for all entity types, individuals, estates and trusts. He also provides financial statement and consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses. Industries of expertise include professional services, construction contractors, real estate development and distributors. Paris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants and is treasurer of Becoming Independent, a non-profit organization serving the developmentally disabled. Paris is on schedule to earn his Master of Taxation from Golden Gate University in 2007 (Summer).
