Andersen & Company LLP Appoints Ted Grafe Director of Business Development and Marketing

SANTA ROSA, Calif., February 7, 2007 – Andersen & Company LLP, a leading provider of accounting and business consulting services for more than 25 years in the North Bay, announced the addition of Ted Grafe as its new Director of Business Development and Marketing. The firm has 33 professionals and 9 administrative staffers in three strategic locations including San Francisco's One Maritime Plaza and historic downtown Petaluma.

"Demand for high-end professional services is at a premium in the North Bay marketplace," said James Andersen, founding partner. "We believe Ted will bring fresh ideas, focus and drive to this more-than-ever crucial position. His broad experience with professional service industry business development, marketing and public relations will help us move forward in support of the firm's business goals."

Grafe joined Andersen & Company LLP from a national public relations agency based in San Francisco, where he spearheaded the agency's media bureau for law firms, accounting firms, commercial real estate brokerages and financial services companies. Grafe also has a wealth of agency side experience servicing high-technology companies throughout the Silicon Valley. Overall, he brings nearly ten years experience creating effective communications campaigns for clients nationally. He is a member of the North Bay's Giving Before Receiving (GBR) and the Sonoma County Bar Association. He earned a B.A. degree in journalism and public relations from the University of Oregon in Eugene.
