Andersen & Company LLP Add Two Accountants

SANTA ROSA, Calif., January 2, 2008 – Andersen & Company LLP, a leading provider of business consulting and accounting services for more than 27 years in the North Bay, expands the Valuation & Litigation and Strategic Tax Planning & Compliance practice groups with the addition of Ethan Lee and Christopher Di Pasqua. The firm has 23 CPAs and 40 total staff professionals in three strategic locations including San Francisco's One Maritime Plaza and historic downtown Petaluma.

Lee joins the firm with experience gained as a forensic accountant in the Litigation Support and Valuation Services practice of Los Angeles' CBIZ & Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. He specializes in performing detailed financial analyses in high profile family law matters, fraud investigations, general litigation support and business valuation consulting. Prior to CBIZ, Lee served as a controller and office manager for Paumalu Electric, Inc. in Haleiwa, HI. A CPA candidate, Lee is also preparing to be awarded the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Lee earned a bachelor's degree in accounting summa cum laude from Brigham Young University in Hawaii (2005).

Formerly with Shea Labagh Dobberstein CPAs in San Francisco, Di Pasqua provides strategic tax planning and compliance services for all entity types, individuals, estates and trusts. Di Pasqua also provides financial statement and consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses. Di Pasqua began his career as a tax consultant with Ernst & Young in San Jose and served as a controller for CellMark AB in Corte Madera. Di Pasqua earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from Sonoma State University (1996).
